Working Environment
Reduced working hours and wage management
- We are implementing company-wide efforts to reduce overtime work, including the application of monthly flex time.
- In accordance with laws and regulations such as the Labor Standards Act, we not only comply with the minimum wage but also meet the living wage standard. We apply the principle of equal pay for equal work.
Local employment initiatives
We have implemented remote work as the standard for all employees, allowing employees to work from locations outside of Tokyo, where our headquarters is located.
Having this flexible working style allows us to acquire talented personnel without being restricted to a specific region. To be specific, we are strengthening locally rooted employment at the following two locations.
- As part of our efforts to employ people with disabilities, we have added an office in Okinawa to conduct activities rooted in the region using agriculture welfare (agriculture x welfare) with the aim of creating diverse roles and places for people with different characteristics.
- We will hire from Kitakyushu City's Regional Revitalization Lab and have created "The Kitakyushu Model," which will promote regional DX and GX through more than 20 projects co-created by industry, government, and academia. These projects will contribute to the creation of 100 jobs.
