Basic policy on the proper handling of specific personal information
WingArc1st shall appropriately handle personal numbers and other specific personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Specific Personal Information") under the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (hereinafter referred to as "Numbers Act") in accordance with a basic policy as set forth below:

Employees and third parties (including outsourcees) handling Specific Personal Information shall be subject to appropriate supervision. Safety-management precautions applicable to Specific Personal Information are governed by provisions separately prescribed in the Regulations Governing the Protection of Specific Personal Information.
4. Channel of communications for fielding questions and complaints
