Obtained "Tomonin," a symbol mark of support for balancing work and nursing care, from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare

We have acquired the symbol mark "Tomonin" from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to promote the development of a "workplace environment that enables a balance between work and nursing care".

WingArc1st will continue to provide a variety of support and workplace environments so that employees, who are essential to the sustainable development of the company, can work in the best possible physical and mental condition.
Outline of Initiatives
・The system includes monthly flextime, nursing care leave, shortened working hours for nursing care, and nursing care leave, and employees can take more days off for nursing care than legally required.
・We have compiled a list of systems related to balancing caregiving and nursing care and make them known to employees.
・Specialized seminars on balancing work and nursing care are held for managers.
・We have introduced a handbook on support for balancing work and nursing care, and hold seminars for employees on support for balancing work and nursing care.
・The internal consultation service is made known to all employees.
・We conduct an annual survey of employees on their work and nursing care situations.
