The advanced demonstration project for improving logistics efficiency in shippers' enterprises is a demonstration project that clarifies the investment effects of labour-saving and logistics efficiency in shippers' enterprises through supporting the costs of introducing equipment and systems that contribute to automation and mechanization of shippers' logistics facilities.

Harute GC will utilize WingArc1st's cloud service as a logistics efficiency plan to meet the requirements for operational efficiency on the part of the logistics operators and logistics facilities that use the service.

This initiative is also supported by the Transportation Digital Business Conference (TDBC) and the Sustainability DX Promotion Council (SDXC), which work closely to support SME transport operators through DX management and the active use of subsidies.

Specific initiatives of the Harute GC

(1) Improvement of the operational efficiency of the logistics operators ・Using IKZO Online and IKZO Analytics will improve efficiency by reducing waiting and loading times, improving loading rates and reviewing transport routes. Logistics operators will be able to comply with the legal changes for the 2024 Logistics Problem, including the electronic documentation of transport contracts and the creation of a transport system management register based on the names of transport operators and freight contracts (*2).
・The driver app will connect shippers, transport companies and drivers online to implement a series of operational efficiencies.
(2) Improvement of logistics facility operational efficiency  The platform will read order data received by fax with invoiceAgent's AI OCR and check the accuracy of the order data with dejiren, which is integrated with the generative AI solution, ChatGPT. The system also improves the efficiency of logistics operations.

The following is an endorsement by the Transportation Digital Business Conference (TDBC):

TDBC heartily welcomes the announcement of the Harute GC initiative to improve logistics efficiency. TDBC is working with SDXC to provide management and financial support for DX management for SME transport operators. Under the revision of two logistics-related laws aimed at solving the 2024 logistics problem, the electronic documentation of transport contracts and the creation of a transport system management register will become mandatory. We have high expectations for this demonstration project as a leading initiative in this area.
