IKZO Online digitizes operations related to logistics transactions between companies and improves the efficiency of a series of operations by connecting shippers, carriers, and drivers online. It is also compatible with the revision of the Freight Forwarding Business Law (approved by the Cabinet on February 13 (*1)), and enables the creation of an actual transportation system management book based on the names of actual transportation companies and actual freight contracts.

The newly launched driver application is a service that allows drivers to check the contents of transportation instructions, conditions, etc. on operation orders registered on IKZO Online in real time on a smartphone application. It enables measurement and management of waiting and loading/unloading time of the driver who requested the order, as well as status management of the requested vehicle. It can respond to the two-hour rule for understanding the time required for waiting and loading/unloading work as a shipper, which is set forth in the policy package for logistics innovation.

The 2024 problem in logistics, which is faced with the enforcement of overtime caps and a serious shortage of truck drivers, requires sharing with truck drivers the transportation conditions, etc. agreed upon by shippers and actual carriers, improving waiting and loading/unloading work hours, and managing the status of actual carriers' drivers from the shippers. The shipper is required to manage the status of the actual carrier's drivers.

Driver Application Functions and Benefits

Shippers can manage information The operation information registered by the driver application can also be checked by the shipper, enabling management of waiting time and loading/unloading time for loading and unloading destinations as a shipper, which is a requirement of the policy package, and status management of requested vehicles.
Easy management of cargo waiting and loading operations It can be used to reduce work hours, reduce the time required for various reporting tasks, and comply with the 2-hour rule, which limits the time spent waiting for cargo and loading/unloading to 2 hours or less.
Real-time sharing improves operation management efficiency and reduces driver workload

The driver application can be used to check case information and operation instructions, and to report the completion of changes in real-time information sharing transportation instructions. Sudden changes in operation conditions can be immediately reflected and confirmed in the driver application, eliminating discrepancies in information sharing, improving operation management efficiency, and reducing the workload of drivers.
