WingArc1st recognized as Certified Health and Productivity Management Stock 2026

WingArc1st has been selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) as one of the Health Management Stocks of 2026. This category recognizes companies listed on the TSE that have excellent health management practices.

This is the third time that the company has been selected as a Health Management Stock, having previously been recognized in 2023 and 2025 and it is the sixth consecutive year that it has been certified as one of the "Excellent Health Management Corporations 2026 (Large Corporations: White 500)".

Our health management initiatives
We have established the Wellness Promotion Office, which is an organization dedicated to health management. This office plans and promotes health management measures and ensures that each employee is aware of the importance of health management.

We offer health interviews with physicians and public health nurses to all employees, and the interview implementation rate is 100%. to the interviews assist with health management and early detection of mental health problems among members in remote work environments.

In addition, the Wellness Committee plans health measures such as company-wide walking contests and wellness exercises using the company's products, and the entire company works together under the slogan of "health promotion x communication".

These efforts have been well received outside the company, and for the sixth consecutive year we have been recognized as one of the "Excellent Health Management Corporations 2026 (Large Corporations: White 500)" awarded by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council.

For the sixth year in a row, the Japan Sports Agency has recognized WingArc1st as a "Sports Yell Company" (Bronze in 2026). This title is awarded to companies that actively promote and support sports activities to improve the health of their employees.
