WingArc1st Collaborates with Infomart
Breaking down barriers between different e-invoicing services to enable direct integration of billing data. Working together to drive back-office efficiency.
WingArc1st Inc.
Informart Corporation
WingArc1st Inc. and Infomart Corporation announced that direct integration between WingArc's electronic transaction service, invoiceAgent Transact and Infomart's cloud service, BtoB Platform Invoice will commence in summer 2026.
This collaboration enables user companies to continue using their respective services while directly receiving invoice data issued via invoiceAgent Transact within BtoB Platform Invoice. This eliminates manual processes involving paper or PDFs, significantly reducing the overall workload for invoice processing.

■ Background
In recent years, there has been a growing need for digitalization in the accounting and finance fields of companies, against the backdrop of the promotion of digital transformation, the acceleration of work style reforms, and compliance with legal systems such as the Electronic Books Preservation Act and the Invoice System. On the other hand, there is a proliferation of electronic invoice services, and cases where the issuer and receiver use different systems are increasing. As a result, integrating invoice data and streamlining business processes have become issues.
In a survey on B2B transactions conducted by WingArc in May 2025, approximately 80% of respondents cited "Inefficiency caused by tool inconsistency" as an issue, revealing concerns about the workload and risk of information leaks caused by using multiple services at the same time. (*1)
To address these challenges, the two companies will create a system that transcends the boundaries between services and enables direct integration of billing data. This will enable Data-to-Data (DtoD) exchanges between companies using different systems. This system allows the entire process from issuance to receipt to be completed digitally, improving accounting efficiency, reducing costs, and preventing errors.

■ Future prospects
This is just the start. The two companies aim to further expand collaboration to include other companies' services and promote interconnection of electronic invoices.
WingArc will promote safe and fast data exchange between companies by providing a digital document platform that connects all documents through invoiceAgent.
Infomart will actively expand direct collaboration between B2B Platform Invoice and other companies' electronic invoice issuance services. This will enable companies using the B2B Platform Invoice to receive invoices digitally, regardless of the service used by the issuing company. By establishing a platform for collecting billing data, we aim to create a DtoD world in which all companies are connected through digital data.
Through this collaboration, we aim to create a society in which all companies can seamlessly share data, contributing to the efficiency of back-office operations and the promotion of digital transformation throughout Japan.
