Launch of AI Assistant for SVF, an AI chatbot that supports SVF operations

WingArc1st Inc. will begin offering an AI Assistant for SVF starting 8 September. This solution integrates with ChatGPT, the generative AI developed by OpenAI, Inc. in the U.S. Users of SVF--Japan's top-share form foundation solution, adopted by over 38,000 companies (*1)--can now smoothly resolve any operational issues.

The AI assistant is available on our customer success site, with no log-in required. The database contains thousands of pages of documentation, including manuals, knowledge base articles, and TECHBLOG (*2), and accurately extracts the key points that users are looking for. This helps prevent confusion due to information overload and helps you get the answers you need quickly and efficiently.

■Features of AI Assistant for SVF
- SVF procedures, basic settings, product features and usage methods are provided in an easy-to-understand format using diagrams and bullet points. The simple and intuitive interface allows even first-time users to operate the system without stress.
- Provides links to manuals, knowledge base articles, etc. as reference information to confirm the accuracy and reliability of the AI response.
- Quickly responds to questions regarding report display, output control, operational management, and troubleshooting.
