Launch of AI Assistant for SVF, an AI chatbot that supports SVF operations

This solution integrates with ChatGPT, the generative AI developed by OpenAI, Inc. in the U.S. Users of SVF--Japan's top-share form foundation solution, adopted by over 38,000 companies (*1)--can now smoothly resolve any operational issues.

The AI assistant is available on our customer success site, with no log-in required. The database contains thousands of pages of documentation, including manuals, knowledge base articles, and TECHBLOG (*2), and accurately extracts the key points that users are looking for. This helps prevent confusion due to information overload and helps you get the answers you need quickly and efficiently.
