Certified as 2025 Bronze "Sports Yell Company"

WingArc1st Inc. has been recognized as a "Sports Yell Company" for the fifth consecutive year, and was recognized as one of the bronze companies in 2025. The award are given to companies that are actively involved in sports to promote the health of their employees.

Since the end of February 2020, we have implemented a remote work system as the general rule, and we are promoting health and productivity management, believing that mental and physical health is the top priority in order to maximize employee performance. Going forward, we will continue to promote health management while creating a pleasant working environment and enhancing work-life balance, thereby contributing to society by improving employee happiness and work engagement.

Our Health Management Initiatives

We have established a Wellness Promotion Office and a Wellness Committee made up of members from various organizations that plan and promote health measures and work to ensure their inclusion among employees. At our company, we provide health consultations with industrial physicians and public health nurses for all employees, with the consultation implementation rate being 100%. This helps manage members' health in a remote work environment and detects mental health problems early. In addition, the Wellness Committee, which also serves as the Health Committee, plans health initiatives such as a company-wide walking event and wellness exercises using our own products, and the entire company is working together under the slogan "health promotion x communication." This initiative has also been recognized externally, and the company was awarded the Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation (Large Corporation Category: White 500)" certification by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi for four consecutive years. In addition, the company has been recognized for the fifth consecutive year as a "Sports Yell Company," a company that takes an active role in encouraging employees to participate in sports to improve their health, as promoted by the Japan Sports Agency. In 2025 the company was recognized in the bronze category.
