OutSystems collaborates with document infrastructure solution, SVF and electronic document platform, invoiceAgent

WingArc1st Inc. is pleased to announce a new integration between low-code application platform OutSystems, and WingArc1st's forms infrastructure solution, SVF, and electronic forms platform, invoiceAgent. The integration is provided by BlueMeme, one of OutSystems' premier partners.

As companies advance their digital transformation efforts, host system users are being forced to consider system replacements due to the 2027 Wall Problem, which marks the end of standard maintenance support services. However, for tasks that cannot be handled by standard functions, add-on development is required, which increases development and operational costs, as well as increasing operational risks due to dependency on individuals.

OutSystems is a low-code application platform that enables efficient management of the full application lifecycle, from design to operation of Web and mobile applications. OutSystems is easy to learn even for people with no development experience, and fully meets the development and security requirements of enterprise systems. By utilizing OutSystems, companies can fundamentally resolve situations where it is predicted that in-house development, modification, and operation of internal systems will be difficult due to a shortage of highly skilled IT personnel, thereby reducing the workload of employees and eliminating the need for personalization.

Through this collaboration, SVF and invoiceAgent users will be able to use the adapter developed by BlueMeme to easily link the latest version of OutSystems with SVF and invoiceAgent. This will not only make it easier to upgrade or replace core systems, such as ERPs like SAP and host systems, or develop additional functions, but will also enable them to carry out operation and maintenance in-house. Furthermore, it reduces report operation costs, which tend to be individually optimized for each business system, and reduces the workload of the IT department.

WingArc1st will continue to develop its products as a highly convenient integrated platform for document operations, which are essential for corporate business transactions, through data integration with a variety of external systems.
