Integrating Generative AI to all major products and offering new AI platform "dejiren" to automate accounting procedures such as expense reimbursement and activity reports

WingArc1st Inc. is pleased to announce that it will be integrating Generative AI to its all major products. This will enable customers to automate and streamline their document and data utilization operations, also receive the benefits of Generative AI, such as increasing accuracy of data analysis and reducing workload and training costs.

Adaptation to Generative AI in our products

We will provide new experiences by integrating Generative AI technology with the following products:

Technology layers for users to use Generative AI

In addition, dejiren, which has previously been offered as a communications platform, will now be significantly revamped as an AI platform and will begin offering it as an interface for LLMs (large Language Models).
Starting with OCR processing of standard and non-standard business forms and integration with various services, we will then integrate with a variety of SaaS to gradually provide functions incorporating Generative AI models that are optimal for each data processing method including OCR, image, and voice analysis in November 2024.

Users will no longer need to individually select and sign up for the appropriate LLMs for each project or business content, and will be able to achieve digitization and DX of business operations by automatically combining the optimal LLMs through dejiren.

Examples of business automation using dejiren with other products

1. Records and daily reports of retail activities
Simply take a photo of the on-site situation, such as inventory shelves, and post it to dejiren, and the image data will be analyzed to determine the situation. A daily report is then automatically generated with the reporter's name, location information, and other information automatically obtained, and the report is then sent to headquarter.

2. Reports of defects at manufacturing sites
Immediately report defects in products customers purchased. By referencing the master information in dejirenDB, reporters can easily report defective products by posting photos of them to dejiren, inputting information using a selection format in a form, or even by voice input.

3. Expense reimbursement
Take a photo of a receipt and post it to dejiren, the text data from the image is processed by OCR and the receipt is stored directly in invoiceAgent, automating ticket creation and approval in the workflow.
