WingArc1st won first place in the customer satisfaction survey for the third consecutive year in the data analysis and utilization support software/service category of the Nikkei Computer Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024-2025 published in the September 5 2024 issue of Nikkei Computer (published by Nikkei BP).

We are very pleased to have been ranked No. 1 for the third consecutive year in the Data Analysis and Utilization Support Software/Service category in the Nikkei Computer Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024-2025.

7) Survey overview:
The Customer Satisfaction Survey is a survey of computer-using companies on their satisfaction with IT vendors that provide system development and operation services and hardware/software products such as PC servers and ERP. The survey was planned and conducted by Nikkei Computer, an IT magazine published by Nikkei BP and aggregated by Nikkei BP Consulting.

The survey covered the information system departments of 12,122 companies, groups, and organizations throughout Japan. Questionnaires were mailed to information system department managers at companies listed on securities exchanges nationwide, including emerging markets, unlisted companies with annual sales of 20 billion yen or more, and local governments (prefectures, cities, wards, and towns), excluding public offices (central government offices) and villages. The survey period was from April 1 to May 21, 2024, and 1015 valid responses were received.
