WingArc1st Inc. is pleased to announce that it acquired all shares of TRYSERVE Co., Ltd. on 31 May. The two companies aim to jointly expand their business in the public sector by developing, implementing and operating cloud services for local governments.
Since its establishment in 2000, TRYSERVE has developed various IT businesses, focusing on system integration. The company develops business systems and builds IT infrastructure for a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, finance, and government, with support from experienced personnel.
Through this acquisition, WingArc1st aims to expand its business in the public sector. By combining our digital document infrastructure solutions and data utilization solutions with TRYSERVE's extensive system integration experience, we will promote the development, introduction, and operation of cloud services for local governments and jointly advance digital transformation in the public sector.
