BanSo to Strengthen Management Support for Transportation Operators by Implementing Business Improvement Plan Option

WingArc1st Inc. will begin offering a business improvement plan option on 12 April through its SME business support platform, BanSo, to support the formulation of complex financial plans with expert assistance (*1).
In financial institutions, customer management is conducted by the loan management department and the credit management department, who assess the status of the company after the loan has been made. These departments are burdened with daily checks of client status, monitoring of action plans, and challenges writing plans when extensive expert assistance is required. In addition, providing consulting services for consensus building and support with other financial institutions is extremely burdensome. Management support for transportation operators requires a high level of expertise, and the formulation and implementation of such plans is therefore considered highly challenging. BanSo has been developing digital-based management support for SME transportation operators. With the implementation of the Business Improvement Plan option, transport operators will be able to share action plans and dashboards with financial institutions, as well as accumulate the numerical values required for a joint action plan, with the support of experts (*2).
This new option enables not only conventional financial evaluation but also concrete business feasibility evaluation and formulation of a highly feasible joint plan, increasing the likelihood of receiving appropriate underwriting and financial support. This is expected to be particularly useful for the logistics industry, which is currently facing the "2024 problem".
