WingArc1st announces a collaboration between its electronic forms platform, invoiceAgent, and mcframe 7, a production, sales, and cost management package for the manufacturing industry provided by Business Engineering Corporation. The platforms will support the digital invoice standard specification (JP PINT) in Japan based on the global standard specification for digital invoices (Peppol).

With this integration, mcframe companies will be able to issue and receive digital invoices in conjunction with invoiceAgent, enabling smooth exchange of billing data in compliance with Peppol even when different suppliers use different web billing systems.

Peppol is also an international standard, so it is expected to be used in international transactions in the future, and it is assumed that it will contribute to the improvement of operations in the Japanese manufacturing industry, which is expanding globally. 

WingArc1st develops services that enable both its customers as well as their business partners to implement Peppol with less workload. This promotes automatic processing of billing data by improving integration with ERP, workflow, and other business systems, thereby helping to improve productivity in society as a whole.

Peppol (Pan European Public Procurement Online) is a global standard specification for exchanging electronic documents such as invoices over a network. It is managed by OpenPeppol, a Belgian international non-profit organization. It is currently in use in more than 30 countries, including not only European countries but also countries outside Europe such as Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. The Japanese administrator is the Digital Agency, and JP PINT is the standard specification for digital invoices exchanged between the seller's access point (C2) and the buyer's access point (C3).
