IKZO Online, an Online Dispatch Platform, Integrates with LADOCsuite®/WMS, a Warehouse Management Solution

WingArc1st Inc. is pleased to announce that its online vehicle dispatch operations platform, IKZO Online, has been integrated with LADOCsuite®/WMS, the new version(*) of Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation's warehouse management solution.

In the logistics industry, transactions are often multi-layered, and information about loading and unloading at warehouses is not always communicated to the transportation companies. The collaboration between LADOCsuite®/WMS and IKZO Online will enable online transmission of information on scheduled loading times at warehouses, loaded cargo, and vehicles from shippers to carriers, thereby optimizing warehouse management and streamlining inter-company vehicle dispatch, operation management, and communication operations. Specifically, by digitizing order requests, communication, vehicle dispatch information, operation status confirmation, and freight rate negotiations, all of which were previously conducted by telephone or fax, the system will enable online centralized management, promoting more efficient paperwork and information sharing, thereby increasing the efficiency of overall transportation operations.

The 2024 problem (the enforcement of overtime caps) combined with a serious shortage of truck drivers and soaring fuel prices are expected to increase logistics costs this year. We are therefore committed to working with the logistics industry to implement cost-cutting solutions, improve operations, and strengthen our services to help solve these issues.
