Electronic forms solution invoiceAgent integrates with UiPath's automation platform

WingArc1st Inc. will launch a collaboration between its electronic forms solution, invoiceAgent, and the UiPath Business Automation Platform on November 2.

WingArc1st and UiPath signed a technology partnership agreement in 2020 and have been strengthening their technical collaboration in the field of RPA (Robotic Process Automation). This collaboration streamlines the reading and validation of forms and their input into various systems, and is expected to result in processing taking approximately one-quarter of the time.



■Items that can be automated through this integration 
・Validation of qualified invoices
Invoice classification: automatically determine whether or not invoices are required to be delivered, and reasons for not requiring delivery 

・Input of required items 
Amount of input, items, qualified simple invoices, and obligation to deliver qualified invoices for items necessary for business operations to comply with the invoice system.

Stores items required by the Electronic Books Preservation Act for electronic storage: counterparty, transaction amount, and transaction date.

・Confirmation of qualified invoice vendor number and name

・Integration of required items for each system

The two companies will continue to further expand the area of automation through further technological collaboration and contribute to the efficiency of on-site operations.
