Latest version of dejiren integrated with Generative AI, ChatGPT, to be available from 23 August
Promoting business automation by analyzing voice data
WingArc1st Inc.
On 23 August, WingArc1st inc. will start offering the latest version of its communication platform dejiren, which is now integrated with ChatGPT, the generative AI developed by OpenAI, Inc. of the United States.
dejiren is a platform that can connect different systems and cloud services to automate operations without coding. Most recently, dejiren has been used in BanSo, an SME support platform that helps the transportation industry to address the 2024 logistics problem (*1). The service provides a mechanism for collaborating with experts by simply uploading financial information and other data to the dejiren chat screen. (*2).
The latest version of dejiren links text and voice input on the chat screen with ChatGPT. The results are analyzed by dejiren based on ChatGPT responses and displayed on the chat screen. This allows users to easily obtain information for decision-making. If you have already created a table in advance, simply input text on the chat screen and it will be displayed in dejiren as data categorized by product name and amount according to ChatGPT's response. The data can then be stored in the database as it is. Data accumulated in the dejiren database will become a data asset that can be easily utilized within the user's company as a resource for human decision making (*3).

In conjunction with this announcement, we are pleased to present endorsements from Yanmar Construction Machinery and GROWTH JAPAN TECHNOLOGIES Co:
We have been using dejiren as a market quality inquiry input tool, and we were able to conduct a trial before this enhancement. We were able to use dejiren to automatically summarize the audio from meetings and link it to whisper, making it very easy to use. In addition, the use of dejiren voice input to ChatGPT/whisper will expand the range of use by reflecting the analysis results in MotionBoard.
