Cloud Sign integrates with SVF Cloud for Salesforce

On 19 June, WingArc1st Inc. and Bengo4.com,Inc. will launch the latest version of SVF Cloud for Salesforce, which now links with Cloud Sign, Bengo4.com's contract management platform.

SVF Cloud for Salesforce has been selected by many Salesforce users (*1), while Cloud Sign has the largest market share in the electronic contract market and is widely used by companies and local governments (*2). These two services will digitize the entire contract process including generation, output, and agreement, as well as status management. This will improve operational efficiency of business processes in Salesforce.
■Major functions
(1) Creation of contract layouts
Select Salesforce objects and items to be output to a form, and then tie them together by dragging and dropping the selected items using the form design tool that comes standard with SVF Cloud.

(2) Contract output via Salesforce output button
Add Cloud Sign as an action to enable single-click contract generation. Simply enter the information related to the contract document, such as the name of the contracting party, email address, and document information.

(3) Creation of contracts
Review your contracts in SVF Cloud for Salesforce, and then create the contracts via the Web API integration with Cloud Sign.

(4) Contract management
You can manage the process in Salesforce through Webhook notifications:
・ Status management: Non-delivery, being reviewed, signed, cancelled, and rejected.
・ Reminder: Send a reminder for contracts under review.
・ Cancel: Cancel the contract document being reviewed.
・ Manage signed contract documents: Attach the contract to a Salesforce custom object record upon completion.
