In the President's Office episode, the president is surrounded by employees and executives who loudly press him to decide in his office, yet he remains motionless. In the Board of Directors' Meeting episode, he is in a serious mood as he closes his eyes and thinks over the situation in front of the board members who are asking President Ariyoshi to decide... but to his surprise, he falls asleep. Mr. Ariyoshi plays the difficult role of falling asleep in contrast to the powerful and enthusiastic performance of the extras.

■Episodes during filming
Wearing a gray double suit, Ariyoshi appeared in the studio in an outfit reminiscent of a true president. At the meeting with the director, I was impressed that the usual humorous image of Mr. Ariyoshi was absent, and he listened with a serious face and answered politely with a clear "yes, yes" tone of voice.
