MotionBoard Ver. 6.4, a BI dashboard with enhanced input functions, will be available from 20 April

WingArc1st Inc. will start providing MotionBoard Ver. 6.4, the latest version of its BI dashboard, on 20 April. MotionBoard has the No. 1 market share in Japan (*1), and enables data-based decision making.

Typical business intelligence software is primarily for data visualization and analysis, and still uses paper, Excel, and other means to input and collect the underlying data, as well as to comment on and approve the results of the analysis. These challenges hinder digitization and operational efficiency.

MotionBoard is already used as a BI dashboard focusing on numerical data in a variety of situations across different industries and organizations. The  latest version greatly enhances and streamlines MotionBoard's data input functionality, making it a BI application for efficient end-to-end business operations.　

The latest version of MotionBoard features enhanced button actions that allow for smooth data entry via forms and no-code design and operation, as well as improved stylishness with color settings that take visual legibility into consideration in addition to graphical representation. It also consolidates visualization of images and video through Excel, paper, and camera integration.

The new version also enables data retrieval and automatic updating on a second-by-second basis, so the visualization and real-time sharing of aggregated data can be expected to improve productivity and the accuracy of feasible business strategy planning, as well as accelerate management decision making.

Major enhancements
○ Easily create input forms
You can easily and quickly create an input form in just 3 steps.

○More than 15 functions have been implemented to enhance button actions and input support functions.
More than 15 functions have been implemented to prevent input errors, such as verifying that the data entered is properly described, highlighting unmatched text, narrowing down candidate values, and allowing input only when conditions are met. A write control function that sets variables and actions is now also available.

○ Color settings for improved visibility
The initial chart values and color settings have been updated. The color scheme is designed for visual legibility.

The product is available in cloud and on-premises versions, which can be selected according to the customer's usage pattern. Pricing is 30,000 yen per month for the cloud service (10 users, tax not included) and 60,500 yen per month for the on-premises subscription license (10 users, tax not included).
