IKZO Cloud Service for Transportation Companies Enhanced

WingArc1st will launch IKZO Online, the latest version of its IKZO cloud service for the logistics industry and transportation companies in Japan. It will start offering IKZO Online, an online vehicle dispatch platform, on 1 April and IKZO Analytics, a business analysis system for transportation companies, on 1 May.

WingArc has been providing IKZO Web, which digitizes the vehicle dispatch operations of carriers since 2021 and has now developed a new functionality that connects shippers and carriers online and renamed it IKZO Online. IKZO Analytics will be offered as an optional service for IKZO Online.

In addition to the introduction of overtime caps under the Japanese work style reform laws in April 2024, the logistics industry needs to take measures to improve truck driver waiting times and the working environment due to a serious shortage of truck drivers. IKZO Online, which streamlines operations by digitizing the allocation of trucks and drivers according to transportation requests, connects shippers and carriers online as well as within the company's sales offices. In addition to completing tasks such as vehicle requests, vehicle numbering, and freight rate matching on IKZO Online, the ordering process is also made online, improving operations for both shippers and carriers.

・Advancement of business management
IKZO Analytics automatically integrates order and dispatch data from IKZO Online with vehicle dispatch data to visualize operational status and client figures and analyze business operations to enhance business management.
