Business form digitization system, XC-Gate.V3 integrated with MotionBoard Cloud

TechnoTree Co., Ltd and WingArc1st Inc. are pleased to announce the integration of TechnoTree's XC-Gate.V3 and WingArc 1st's BI dashboard, MotionBoard Cloud. This enables paperless operation and data visualization and analysis at manufacturing sites, starting at 90,000 JPY per month.

Through the integration, digital data including equipment inspections, production records, and check sheets entered from tablets and smartphones can be reflected on the MotionBoard Cloud dashboard and aggregated, analyzed, and visualized. This leads to improved productivity through more efficient data collection and data utilization in the manufacturing industry, as well as promoting digitization and DX.

Integration overview
・Using XC-Connect, which is XC-Gate V3's dedicated external data and system integration software, you can transfer digital data registered in XC-Gate V3 from XC-Connect to MotionBoard Cloud. You can visualize the data automatically, without having to download a CSV file from XC-Gate V3 and manually import it into the dashboard.
XC-Connect can collect data from devices, sensors, and other sources in addition to business form data. Storing complex data in MotionBoard Cloud's data storage, you can create dashboards that aggregate and analyze various data sources, helping to understand the situation from multiple perspectives.

・XC-Connect can be integrated with MotionBoard Cloud using a dedicated plug-in. The plug-in will be available for download on the following site from 28 March 2023 (account registration is required):

・Since both services run in a web browser, it will also be possible to refer to XC-Gate.V3 reports from the MotionBoard Cloud dashboard.

・This service is available for the Standard Plan with XC-Connect for XC-Gate.V3 (from 60,000 JPY/month) and Standard edition for MotionBoard Cloud (from 30,000 １JPY/month).
