MonBoard and PUSHLOG collaborate to promote carbon neutrality in manufacturing at low cost

WingArc1st  Inc is pleased to announce that it will integrate it MotionBoard BI dashboard with PUSHLOG, a small IoT gateway from GUGEN Inc. A remote monitoring service launches on 30 November. The service is available at 558,000 yen (excluding tax) for the combined use of MotionBoard and PUSHLOG (*).

PUSHLOG can remotely monitor and collect data from control equipment in the manufacturing industry with a simple setup. By integrating with MotionBoard, it is possible to visualize and analyze data from sources such as equipment data, production data, for example production planning data from the production management system, work recording data from cameras, and production data from daily work reports, etc. The system promotes energy efficiency to assist with achieving carbon neutrality, provides visualization of production facilities, and enables predictive maintenance of utility facilities.

GUGEN is promoting a joint project with IHI Corporation, a comprehensive heavy industry manufacturer, to efficiently collect carbon data and create environmental value to help achieve a decarbonized society. IHI expects to work with PUSHLOG and MotionBoard to digitally build a sustainable value chain model that will facilitate further decarbonization.
