invoiceAgent integrates with intra-mart®︎
Supporting corporate DX promotion with solutions for the Electronic Books Preservation Act and the invoice system

On 11 October WingArc1st will start offering an adapter to link its electronic document platform invoiceAgent with intra-mart®︎, a common system platform for digitization and full automation of business processes.

With the diversification of work styles and market needs, companies are required not only to improve operational efficiency through the use of digital technology but also to respond quickly to change and create value. In addition, companies must strengthen the governance of digital documents, particularly in regards to the Electronic Books Preservation Act, which was revised in January 2022, and the invoice system that will be introduced in October 2023. WingArc1st and NTT DATA Intramart Corporation signed an alliance partnership agreement in January this year to develop solutions to solve these issues and contribute to the promotion of corporate DX.

With this integration, electronic documents from intra-mart will be automatically imported into invoiceAgent Documents through the adapter, enabling the early establishment of a document management system that complies with the Electronic Books Preservation Act. In the future, we plan to offer a function that automatically imports electronic documents received through invoiceAgent Transact into intra-mart to further support the promotion of operational efficiency.

Major functions

・intra-mart documents can now be archived to invoiceAgent Documents
The invoiceAgent Adapter for intra-mart is provided as a task available in intra-mart's IM-LogicDesigner. Application development engineers can use a function of IM-LogicDesigner called logic flow definition to archive intra-mart documents into a designated folder in invoiceAgent Documents for storage and reference.

・Workflow entries can now be imported into custom properties
It is also possible to import intra-mart workflow input items into custom properties of invoiceAgent Documents. The workload of the accounting department can be reduced by digitizing data required by the Electronic Books Preservation Act, such as workflow application numbers, transaction dates, transaction amounts, and business partners.

This integration will be available for the invoiceAgent Documents Cloud Edition. The On-Premises Edition is scheduled to be available by the end of this year.
