WingArc's to invest in Resona Digital Hub to promote DX for small and medium-sized enterprises

WingArc1st has decided to invest in Resona Digital Hub Co. Ltd., which is to be established by Resona Holdings Inc. to promote digital transformation (DX) for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Resona Digital Hub will be established on 1 April 2022 and will start operations immediately. WingArc1st will acquire 240 shares in Resona Digital Hub (3% of the total number of shares issued).

Resona Bank, a subsidiary of Resona Holdings, introduced the business intelligence (BI) dashboard "MotionBoard Cloud" as a Salesforce utilization tool in 2018 to strengthen its sales capabilities. It also introduced "SVF Cloud" (a business-form cloud service) and "Dr.Sum Cloud" (a data infrastructure solution) in 2020, and WingArc1st has contributed to this promotion of DX through its support of Resona Bank's cloud business.

With this investment, Resona Digital Hub will provide a one-stop platform for introducing various IT solutions, and will propose our services to small and medium-sized enterprise customers of the Resona Group.
